My apartment is situated in Ultra Central Area, Splaiul Independentei street with a splendid view to Palace of the Parliament, Dambovita River and Izvor Park. It is a 120 sqm Penthouse with a gorgeous terrace of 20 sqm large, with a unique view of Palace of the Parliament, Dambovita River and Izvor Park.
The apartment is located in a historic villa, build in 1936 and totally renovated and consolidated during 2015-2017. There are seven apartments that belong to me as well, equipped with a video surveillance system, with the equipment and furniture brand new.
Guest access
Our guests have access to the whole apartment, courtyard, and to all the surroundings the neighborhood has to offer.
