My apartment is situated in Ultra Central Area, Splaiul Independentei street with a direct access to Palace of the Parliament and Izvor Park. It is a perfect place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families. For big groups, there is available in the same villa, another six apartments that belongs to me as well.
The space
The apartment is located in a historic villa, build in 1936 and totally renovated and consolidated during 2015-2017. There are seven apartments that belong to me as well, equipped with a video surveillance system, with the equipment and furniture brand new.
Guest access
Our guests have access to the whole apartment, courtyard, and to all the surroundings the neighborhood has to offer.
